Angel Light Therapy - helps with bringing healing and light to adults and children; and helps to resolve difficult situations in the home and workplace. It can help with: stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, colds, feelings of uneasiness, tiredness, headaches, digestive issues, worry, strange ringing in the ears, back pain, generally feeling unwell, relationship issues and grief.

Angel card readings - can help with providing a light in a dark place, giving insight and guidance with respect to important decisions, relationships, careers and finances. The angels guide the enquirer towards the best decisions for their well being and happiness. The angels provide valuable insights. However, it is the enquirer who ultimately decides on which course of action they will take.

Aromatherapy - Massage using a carrier oil and an organic essential oil. This holistic therapy combines the sense of touch and smell. The massage stimulates circulation and allows the oils to disperse around the body. The massage relaxes muscles. It may also lower heart beat and blood pressure. It can help people suffering stress, fatigue, agitation or anxiety and the experience is also generally relaxing and uplifting. It therefore treats both mind and body. The use of touch and smell creates mental and physical benefits.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling - this therapy is designed to help you manage your problems, it helps you to become reflective and this helps you to change the way you think and behave. This therapy is frequently used to treat anxiety and depression, however it can also help with other physical and mental health problems.

Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching - the coaching sessions may help the client to develop a holistic balanced solution for their personal life, relationships, health, career/business, money, finances and life purpose. When the client engages with the program they become more motivated and focused, so they improve their lives, creating emotional health and well being.

Hypnotherapy - this therapy uses hypnosis to treat conditions or change habits. I provide a free consultation. I help you enter naturally into a different state of consciousness for therapeutic purposes, this allows beneficial corrections to be given directly to your unconscious mind. By making contact with our inner self which can be a source of problems hypnotherapy allows beneficial corrections to be made. The recipient can bring the session to an end or reject any suggestion. The recipient is fully in control when under hypnosis.
It is not suitable for a person suffering with Epilepsy and the screening process requires confirmation from your medical practitioner.

The NHS have issued the following guidelines within their website www.NHS.UK under the section Hypnotherapy:

"Don't use hypnotherapy if you have a psychosis or certain types of personality disorder, as it could make your condition worse."
"Check with your GP first if you've got a personality disorder."

Indian Head massage

Indian Head Massage - may help with the following: to reduce stress, alleviates anxiousness, eases emotional trauma, enhances self esteem and confidence. Aids calmness and peace, balances the chakras and releases stagnant or dormant energies. It may help with Alopecia, Adhesive Capsulitis, Bells Palsy, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Migraines, Osteoarthritis, Sinus problems.

Indian Head Massage includes massage of the neck and shoulders, upper back, upper arms, scalp, face and ears. The recipient sits in a chair for the treatment. The centre has a specialist chair specifically provided for Indian head massage, however the recipient may choose to sit in a normal chair if preferred. The treatment can be given with bare shoulders and a towel wrapped around your upper body for modesty, in which case I would offer the additional use of aromatherapy oil; or if clothing is not removed then I cannot use aromatherapy oil.

Indian Head Massage usually includes a degree of manipulation of the head and neck, but this can be left out of the therapy upon request.

Acupressure - may help with relaxation by providing an uplifting and theraputic experience.

Acupressure was developed in Asia thousands of years ago. It is believed to help relieve stress related ailments and can also be used for self treatment. It may help to boost the immune system and promote a sense of wellbeing. Using specific acupressure points to help to stimulate the body's natural self curative healing. It can be used for self-care using pressure point techniques for problems with digestion, addiction, disorders and respiratory conditions. Acupressure gets to the physiological source of trauma. It works with the body, helping to promote relief from physical tension and associated ailments. It is thought to increase energy levels and detoxify the body, culminating in greater health and beauty and tone of facial and back muscles. Specific acupressure points on the forehead, face and neck, pressed for three minutes stimulates greater blood flow to that specific point, which helps to promote increased collagen production, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and enhance skin tone, creating a youthful appearance. Mindfulness - The Art of Relaxation and Daily Mindfulness

Our brains are a complex structure. Neuroscience (the scientific study of the nervous system) helps us understand why things happen in the brain. Mindfulness can change the brain through neuroplasticity. We can become more aware of situations that cause stress or how to deal with situations better, become mindful instead of mindless. One technique for becoming mindful is to relax, helping focus on activity. We can activate the relaxation response, essentially helping us to reduce stress. This creates a dynamic effect by improving our performance, relationships and focus. The recipient is guided through the breathing techniques and also taken through a meditation to work on any areas of their life that they wish to improve. This is a form of hypnotherapy.

Reflexology - a relaxing therapy and many recipients claim that it has helped them with stress, anxieties, digestion, IBS, respiratory problems, headaches, period pain, and menopausal symptoms.

Reflexology is generally performed on the feet and includes a foot massage that is itself a valuable aid to relaxation and recuperation. I can also provide hand reflexology.
